Having a better day today, although my knee is a little sore for some reason. Hurts to straighten it all the way. Odd...don't remember straining it or anything, although I did fall during skating on sunday. (Actually, I got knocked over, which means it wasn't my fault although that's not the point of this post. heh.) Oh well, I'm sure some stretching and activity will get it back to normal tonight. I have my usual ballet class tonight, and then at 11:30pm I have an extra skating practice. Yikes, that's late! Arriving semi-on-time for work will be even more challenging than usual tomorrow, and I have trouble on a good day. But we have a competition on Saturday, and are not really ready yet. Hopefully this additional practice will get us into shape.

Mostly just more practice, with all team members there. We've had a problem with attendance this year, and it's hurting us.

Drugs? hm, well maybe the kind that give you lots of energy, yeah....!

hmm, my knee was acting weird today as well, for no reason.

you're so like. . . active! Or athletic, or something. it makes me feel bad. lol. I just sit on my bum. Not that I have much time, what with school and all, but I wouldn't do any sort of thing like that anyway. ah well.

It's just something I enjoy. The fact that it keeps me fit is an added advantage, of course. I try to encourage the things I like that are good for me, and discourage the things I like that aren't good for me. I think it leads towards a happier life.

It would probably be good for you to eventually find something active that you enjoy doing, because it is good for your body to move around now and then. But I think the most important thing is simply to make time in your life for stuff you enjoy. Otherwise, what is the point?

::nodnod:: at this point I'm set with school and all, even though I spend a lot of time sitting, I have to get up at points ;) But yeah, I guess I'd rather sing a short and unhealthy happy life, than a long life in good shape and be unhappy. Doing what you like comes first. And exercise is a very pleasant bonus.
