Maybe I'm just confused, but this seems totally backwards to me.

Did you attend the Leadership Summit? I'd like to know more about the 'The War on Talent'.

I give, what has Talent done to us?

Ah, the irony.... welcome to the war... well, we can't have too much Talent around now, because Talent comes bundled with very awkward applications such as Independent Thinking, Lack of Respect for Authority/Management, and even Challenging Established Lines of Operation... it requires new software applications, very expensive in terms of individual mental resources, such as Listening Properly To Talented People, and Considering Change Not Suggested By Oneself. Even the ultimate - Acknowledging Talents Know Better Than Oneself - can occur.

Certainly in the industry I worked for many years (the Law), Independent Thinking and Challenging The Established Ways were heinous misdemeanours and very thoroughly discouraged.

God, I'm so happy to be out of the corporate world.

wtf?

So now corporate america is actively stomping out talent and turn workers into drones?!?!?

sigh.

This is just more misdirection by the evil Pollen-Common Cold Alliance to drag us into another War. Don't fall for it! We must strike at the PCCA before it's too late! Viva la revolution!
