NYC
Made it to New York this morning, found my aunt's apartment, went for a walk, had a Balducci's sandwich, had an iced coffee and an Orengina (it was Hot today!), bought some $5 movie star sunglasses, found a pretty dress for August, changed into nice clothes, and headed to Barbetta for a pre-theatre dinner. Delicious. Now we are in the theater, ready for a great Wicked show!

Yum, Orangina!

I am (finally) over half-way through the book Wicked, it had been waiting in my book pile for ages. Loving it! Hope the show is awesome!!

Nice dress, although we can't see your legs properly.

I didn't really like Wicked very much, it didn't really engage me. But most people seem to really love it. Hope you had a good time.

I rather agree with you. I was taken to see it in London some months ago, it was very spectacular, fantastic costumes and set and powerful singing etc., but yet... and yet... I failed to find the characters or the action particularly absorbing.

Not sure why.
