Dry Skin
My sweetie and I have often joked about my being lizard-like, because I am cold-blooded. This has evolved into silly comments about my lizard claws and scales. Well this evening after my shower, I noticed that my toe was feeling ultra dry.

I pulled out a bottle of lotion, plunked my foot onto the bathroom counter, and put some on the dry toe. Upon closer inspection though, I realized that the whole darn foot was much too dry -- my skin was thick, scaly, and cracked. My gosh, winter has lasted too long, and now I really do have lizard claws!

I slathered my poor feet in lotion, but I don't know how long it will last. Spring can't come soon enough.

The latest fashion is to have small fish nibble the dead skin off your feet, leaving them baby-soft and smooth. I think I'd be far too ticklish for that!

Have you tried slathering heavy lotion onto your feet just before bed, and wearing socks to protect them during the night? I do that sometimes.

Heh... actually both of those options sound pretty disgusting! I like the pedicure idea below better. :D
