good luck with that iron stuff! i wanted to ask you if you'd ever tried keeping a Food Journal. when i was feeling weird (hypoglycemic, though, not anemic) and had to wait over a month to get a doctor's appointment, i kept a little log of what i ate and when and when i felt my symptoms. now, when i look back on my journal and think about things i've read since then or discussed with my doctor, it all makes sense. (it also made me really aware of what i was eating, so i ate really well! heh!) so now i feel like i know what kind of diet my body wants. i don't know if it would work the same for you, but maybe it would be interesting?

Re:

I used to keep a food journal when I was dieting more seriously. Like you said: it helped keep me eating better. Not a bad idea....I should restart that.

Did your doctor help you fix your hypoglycemia problems?
