Some answers for ya

If you haven't already, go fill out my poll!

Thanks for all your comments. I loved reading them. Now, some answers to your questions:

simplykimberly and greyyguy -- The thing is: I'm a computer programmer and therefore obsessively accurate. If you've ever skimmed even one paragraph, or skipped bits during a vacation or something, then you can't really say you read it ALL. So I just didn't offer the option, figuring that "most" was close enough and wouldn't confuse the issue.

greyyguy -- Well, I'm not a big IMer. I only start it up now and then. I guess I kinda have one of those life-things, but only kinda.

abrokenstarr -- Yes, thank you very much for offering!

cjdoyle -- Oh dear, no, I didn't realize that. Now I totally see it though. I guess this is the problem with having a mascot without a chin!

simplykimberly -- I think you've got the causal relationship backward. Love makes us happy fools.

jeffreyab -- If I knew that, the pursuit of it would definitely be easier! I think it's different things at different times, y'know? Sometimes it's as simple as an ice cream sundae. Sometimes it's more complicated, like to love and be loved in return.

cpip -- Good question. I'd like to much good has come out of this project. I think I'll need a better nicknaming scheme if I keep it up though.

fantasyman -- Yes, but only if it's "right". I'm not one of those girls who feels they need to marry. My life can be complete even if I never do, and I definitely don't want to do it for the wrong reason. For the second... only if I ended up with a guy who was really really committed to the idea too. It's not something I can imagine doing without tons of support.

nicegeek -- Okay!

ferretsofglory -- Swell! Although I must say I enjoyed being on vacation far more than I enjoyed going back to work.

charisma -- "rennie" was a nickname of mine from college. It was taken though, so I extended it to "renniekins". I thought I was being clever by not using my "usual" online handle or my real name. I was trying not to be easily found (at first). The next day, I came to my senses and realized that a bunch of people know me as "rennie", so it wasn't a good disguise at all! I wanted to change it, but that LJ feature wasn't available back then. Today I don't mind if Real Life people read this, and I like my name, so I'm keeping it. (Wow, long answer!)

guingel -- Because Amherst is a great school!!! Actually I strongly considered Williams as well, but come on.... purple and yellow? Good for you. (:

thatdog -- I think they are under my bed. Sorry....

eviljohn -- Thanks sweetie!!

misheiru -- 32. I grew up nearby, although I went to school out East. I got a job quite near where I live now, I like the downtown area a lot, the residential area is nice, so it seemed a logical place when I was house-hunting.

ktlove3 -- I don't think I know you all that well, but I've really enjoyed the conversations we've had. I think you're very sweet and thoughtful.

retepsnave -- Things are going very very well, thanks! I should post an update at some point.

thatguychuck -- Why not? It's fun.
