Stuff to Anticipate

Last night I emailed out a whole bunch of Photos for the Cure. It was fun putting them all together, and coming up with something people would like. Hopefully I was at least mildly successful. If you don't like your photo, let me know and I'll try again!

I haven't finished everyone's pictures yet, but I think I got all of the people who signed up first. So if you made a donation ages ago and for some reason you haven't gotten your picture, let me know -- it's possible that the email did not go through, since it's a large file.

There is still time to donate and get a picture of your very own, if you are so inclined!

The race is saturday. I'm looking forward to it. I successfully walked somewhere-near 3 miles a few days ago, so I should do great this saturday! I always enjoy the Race for the Cure. There is a always great feeling of camaraderie, celebration, and love in the crowd.

Speaking of things to anticipate, tomorrow is my birthday! Ack, I'm getting old! But yay, I have (almost) survived another year! I'm going to go out to dinner with a very small group tomorrow night -- we're gonna get dressed up and everything, try to make it fancy. I plan to continue celebrating at VP the following night, since a bunch of people I know tend to congregate there on thursdays.

There is much eating and dancing and hanging out with friends to look forward to. Hopefully that will help to cheer me up and keep my mind off the other places it tends to go sometimes.
