It was this train of thought which led me to eat leftover macaroni and cheese (from boston market) for breakfast this morning. I've never had mac and cheese for breakfast before, but I see no real reason "lunch" items cannot be eaten first thing in the morning. So I heated it up, stirred, and munched away on the pasta and a diet vanilla pepsi before leaving for work.
Now I'm thinking that it was not such a great idea. I'm at work now, with a somewhat-upset tummy. I don't really know why -- perhaps it was just too much cheese? I went to the bar last night, but I only had one drink, so that couldn't be it. I often drink pop in the morning, so that's not the problem. Maybe the combination? Odd...I hope it goes away quickly.
I think I'm feeling a little better now than when I started this entry a half-hour ago. But I've learned a lesson today! I'll try to remember that mac and cheese isn't the best of breakfast items.
