Time is not measured by a watch, but by moments in bed.
(Side note: my sister once pointed out that all too often fortune cookie "fortunes" are not fortunes at all, but merely platitudes. This was one, unfortunately.)
We were given menus yesterday to select from. So many of the fried dishes sounded delicious, but I got shrimp chop suey, because I'm trying to lose weight. (Good girl, yay me!) It was yummy, and hopefully fairly healthy. At least healthier than what I was eyeing.
Last night I went to the local brew-and-view place and saw "Something About Mary," which is such a silly fun movie. There were several of us there, and we all enjoyed it. We also got pizza beforehand, which I'd fully intended not to eat, but ate 1.5 pieces of anyway. Boy was it wonderful! Mushroom, spinach, and fresh tomatos. I suppose if you're going to fall off the wagon, it's good to do it with something very tasty, and that pizza was awesome.
