"There were pieces of Buster all over the ground; he was Humpty Dumpty," said Queen Fachless.
"And all the king's horses?"
I've always loved the visual of a bunch of horses trying to reassemble poor Humpty. Or Buster, in this case, a silicone crash-test-dummy. In my head, they are always sitting up on their tails, but slumped over a bit like apes, their heads bowed in concentration. They fumble with their hooves, helplessly pushing pieces of eggshell around.
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall
Humpty Dumpty head a great fall
And all the king's horses
And all the king's men
