I've only noticed any sensitivity with my belly button during my pregnancy, and that's only since it's gone from an innie to an outie... I don't like the waistband of my pants to touch it *at all*, nor do I like it when the baby hits it in one of her acrobatics sessions, especially if she's stretching, 'cause that usually causes her to keep pressure on it for a few minutes. Pretty much anything else happening to my belly button is fine. :)

I have both problems. I don't like when the baby kicks my belly button, and I don't like my belly button touched when I'm not pregnant. I think I have a nerve close to the surface there or something.
