I like the way you put that. Got to remember that line for the next time I hear that kind of brag about someone's truck.

By the way, the crash tests have been showing that the "big is safer, small car drivers will lose" idea is no longer true. It was true back in the 80's and maybe 90's, but since then the relative safety of small vehicles has improved to that of the large vehicles.

Plus, a lower vehicle has a lower center of gravity and has less tendency to roll over.

I got this impression too. I had to drive a huge Chevy Blazer recently (my car was in service), and each time I made a turn, I was afraid it was going to tip over. My car seems to be more stable then a truck. (Maybe it is the matter of habit, though).
