1. I have not set foot in the elevator at work since Mardigras.
2. I have had only one (accidental) donut-hole since Mardigras (because I forgot (whoops)). I have admired several other donuts, but resisted each time.
3. I have skipped my morning exercises only once, and it was the day of the national championships, so I think that's forgivable. (Plus, it was a sunday!) It was so busy and chaotic that day, what with getting ready, warming up, competing, and then traveling home that afternoon, that it totally slipped my mind. A couple of other days I haven't remembered to do exercise in the morning, but I've managed to remember and do them before midnight each time, so at least I've kept the concept.
In fact, I've started raising the numbers of the exercises I've been doing, to make it more challenging. Today, for example, I raised the numbers further and did the following:
150 jumping jacks
30 toe touches
130 crunches (60 the harder way)
40 pushups (10 the harder way)
Yay me, I'm proud of myself. I've even lost some weight. Hooray!!
