Athletic this week!

Softball practice again tonight. Also, I must run again, the last time before Saturday's race. I ran two miles last night. I felt okay. I think I'll do fine on Saturday.

I'm looking forward to it. I love the Race For The Cure. I love being a part of thousands of like-minded people, all there to support such a great cause. (Speaking of which, if anybody would like to donate a few dollars towards breast cancer research, just let me know; I'm collecting donations.) I love working towards a goal, and I love reaching the finish line and knowing that I've achieved something difficult for me.

The only problem is: I don't really like running. I like the idea of running. I know it's good for me, and I love how I feel when I finish running. But I don't much like the actual running at all.

Still, there's no way to get the good feeling afterwards without doing the deed. I know I'll feel awesome and proud when I'm done, so I'll just have to get my butt out there and run!!!

Here are my athletic endevors this past week:

sat - run 1 mile, walk 3.5 miles, skate almost an hour
sun - run over 1 mile
mon -
tue - softball pracice, 1 hour ballet
wed - run over 2 miles
thr - softball pracice, 35 mins running/walking (planned)
fri -
sat - Race Day! 3.1 mile run.
