the story of an invisible girl
I did something to my lower back a little bit ago, and it's been bugging me. I was hanging out with friends yesterday, and it gradually grew stiffer -- I was moving like an old lady. Or a girl in her 30's with a tweaked back. Hard to say. It's weird when it's hard to find a sitting position which is properly comfortable; I know I looked strange trying to keep it in the right alignment. I even rejected the offer of a massage at smegs (so unlike me!), because it felt like rubbing would just hurt more. I think I just need ice and resting, that should fix it. Quickly, with luck!

Ow! Poor you. I have a bad back so I really sympathize. You might try heat before ice; chances are good that the muscles in your back are in spasm. If it gets worse, look into doing a short spell of physical therapy. I'm in my third go-round and the results have been terrific. Plus they don't push you when it's your back. All three of my PTs have been very gentle.

Hope you feel better soon.

Yuck! I hate back pain.

Take care of yourself, Ren!

Get it checked out to see how it should be treated.

I regret not pushing hard enough when I hurt my back.
