Today my meal plan provided me with a stuffed green pepper for dinner. Only, I don't like green peppers. So today I had a "stuffed" for dinner.

Then I did a combination of running/walking for two miles on my treadmill. Just like yesterday. Go me! It's not 5k, and it's not running-without-walking, but at least it's moving, and at least it's something. (Took around 30 minutes, so averaged around 4mph.)

I almost didn't exercise, because I'm tired and grumpy. Then I realized that I'm tired and grumpy, so I SHOULD exercise.

My keyboard is still on the floor.

I need to trim my hedge.

I should go to bed early.

I have a new icon.
