Today at lunch I got myself outside for a short run -- a little over a mile running, plus a bit of walking before and after. It was discouragingly difficult from an endurance standpoint. My stamina has really suffered in the past couple weeks.

At least I got out there -- hopefully this will kick-start my body back into some semblance of shape. I'll be sure to go out a couple of more times this week, and that should be enough that I'll do okay on saturday!
